CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST (CRNA)

LOCATION: ORANGE, CA

SETTING: ACUTE CARHOSPITAL

TERM: ONGOING

SHIFT SCHEDULE: VARIES (12 HOUR SHIFTS) 3 WEEKEND SHIFTS PER MONTH

PAY RATE: $225-$230/HOUR

A hospital in Orange, CA, is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to provide coverage for a variety of Trauma level 1 surgical cases, including General, Orthopedic, and Gynecology. No cardiac cases, obstetrics, and no expected pediatrics.

QUALIFICATIONS OF CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST (CRNA):

Active California CRNA license

Board Certification

Trauma level 1 experience in the last 2 years required

Proof of COVID vaccination

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES OF CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST (CRNA):

Conduct pre-anesthesia patient assessments.

Educate patients and families on anesthesia and post-procedure recovery.

Administer anesthesia through various methods (injection, inhalation, or oral medication).

Monitor patients during surgery and adjust anesthesia as needed.

Ensure patient safety during anesthesia recovery.

Maintain and operate anesthesia equipment.

Stay updated on current anesthesia practices.
